This plugin takes a unique approach by focusing on side-signal processing rather than traditional phase and delay tricks, ensuring a robust and reliable performance even in mono. One of the key strengths of Panoramic lies in its ability to widen and shape the stereo field. The Width module allows users to control the extent to which the image opens, offering both parallel and full-signal processing options. This level of control ensures that the stereo image is tailored to the specific needs of each project.
The Density module takes things a step further by applying parallel compression exclusively to the sides of the signal. This targeted approach lifts low-level detail without affecting the center, resulting in a more dynamic and nuanced sound. The Character module adds a unique touch with its odd-order saturation on the sides, providing weight and energy to the mix. Furthermore, the Steal function borrows harmonics from the mid channel and feeds them into the sides, creating a sense of depth and richness.
